Weekly Civic Hack Night w/ Guest Speaker Josh Staples + the Presidential Debate

This week

In support of this upcoming presidential election, we will be streaming the 3rd presidential debate from 6:00 - 7:30 with opening remarks and our guest presentation immediately following. Members will be welcome to hack during this time in lieu of the debate in the open area.

Guest Speaker - Josh Staples (Twilio)

Josh will give a presenation on SF Underground, his visualization and VR project using data on noise levels in BART. Josh wil also speak on ways to use Twilio's Authy API to vet users for data collection.

7:30p welcome remarks, presentation by Josh Staples, and project pitches

8:00p start hacking or stay for new member orientation
